Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pintura. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a flexible return and replacement program to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order - no questions asked.
  • Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 120 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your request.
  • Return Authorization: Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

Note: Once a product has been activated or customized, the 30-day no-reason return policy no longer applies. Only defective items will be accepted after activation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items returned after the applicable return period

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact our support team at info@pinturalife.cominfo@pinturalife.com to submit a return or exchange request.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos (if defective).
  3. Our team will verify your eligibility and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Ship the product back using a trackable courier and retain the receipt for your records.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Pintura, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

Shipping fees originally paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For products valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pintura is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Data Security Before Returning Devices

If your product stores personal data, please ensure that you restore it to factory settings before returning it. This step helps protect your privacy and prevents data leakage.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is approved.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges, including change-of-mind returns.

Replacement & Exchange Shipping Time

Replacements or exchanges are processed as soon as your returned item is received and verified.
Delivery times for replacement items vary depending on your region and local shipping conditions.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Neither Pintura nor the customer will be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with this policy if caused by events beyond reasonable control - including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, labor disputes, or severe weather conditions.
